# 限流

> 身份验证、已认证 API、File Service 和 Card Issuance 的请求频率限制。

UQPAY 对 API 请求实施限流。限额和计数时间窗口取决于请求类型及环境。

## 通用限流

两个文件接口使用 File Service 基础 URL：沙盒为 `https://files.uqpaytech.com`，生产为 `https://files.uqpay.com`。

## 发卡专项限流

以下 Card Issuance 操作有独立的限流规则，按滚动 60 秒窗口计数。

## 超出限流

超出限额时，API 返回 HTTP `429 Too Many Requests`。客户端应处理此状态码，降低请求频率，并采用带随机抖动的指数退避策略重试。对于滚动窗口限流，应等待较早的请求移出计数窗口后再重试。
