# 概览

> 通过 UQPAY API 为你的持卡人签发并管理虚拟卡与实体卡。

通过 Card Issuance，你可以为持卡人创建并管理 Visa 和 Mastercard 的借记卡和预付卡。借助 API，你能即时签发虚拟卡、绑定实体卡、设置消费限额，并管理完整的卡生命周期。

## 核心能力

* **虚拟卡与实体卡** —— 即时签发虚拟卡，或将预制的实体卡绑定给持卡人。
* **灵活的资金模式** —— 可选 Single mode（预付，预先充值）或 Share mode（从你的发卡账户余额扣款）。
* **消费限额** —— 设置单笔限额和商户类别（MCC）限制。
* **3D Secure** —— 内置 3DS 身份验证，线上交易自动下发 OTP。
* **授权决策** —— 完全掌控交易审批。Authorization Decision API 会将 UQPAY 预审通过的交易转发到你的 endpoint，由你根据自身业务逻辑做出最终的通过或拒绝决定。
* **沙盒模拟** —— 在接入生产环境前，模拟授权与冲正以端到端测试你的集成。
