  • Company type (Enterprise / Sole Proprietor)
  • Incorporation number
  • Registration date
  • Country of incorporation
  • Director identities
  • Shareholder identities
  • Registered office address
  • Business address (if different)
  • Contact number
  • Email
  • Bank account details
  • Website
  • Business classification / MCC code
  • Transaction volume per ticket
  • Monthly transaction estimates

For Singapore / Hong Kong customers

Original scanned copies required:
  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Memorandum & Articles of Association
  3. UBO identification (shareholders above 25%)
  4. Director identification copies
  5. Business address proof (utility bills from last 3 months)
  6. Bank account statements
  7. Business license (if applicable)
  8. Authorized person identification (if applicable)
  9. Company structure documentation
  10. Financial reports (if applicable)

  1. Business License (营业执照)
  2. All shareholder / UBO IDs (所有股东/最终受益人身份证)
  3. Legal Representative ID (法人代表身份证)
  4. Business address proof (公司营业地址证明)
