If you’ve purchased an excessive amount, you can correct this within Virtual Account using a two-step process: Step 1: Split the excess Use the Split button on the conversion details page to split the excess amount that you don’t need from the conversion. This creates a new conversion with your specified amount while reducing the original conversion accordingly. Step 2: Cancel the excess conversion Use the Cancel button on the conversion details page to cancel the newly created conversion containing the excess. The relevant cost for this cancellation will be provided both before and after the cancellation.
