There are two main reasons why card addition might fail:
  1. Card limit exceeded: Each UnionPay user can only add up to 10 bank cards. If you’ve reached this threshold, remove any cards you don’t regularly use and attempt the process again.
  2. Frequent removal activity: The system may temporarily block additions if cards have been recently removed. Wait some time before trying again.
