Successful transactions can be refunded or cancelled through the UQPAY system. To process either action:
  1. Sign in to your UQPAY account.
  2. Navigate to the Transactions section.
  3. Locate the specific order.
  4. Initiate either a cancellation or refund.
The system supports both full and partial refunds. However, operation time limits apply — see Applicable time periods for cancellation and refunds for details.
